Shipping/Exchanges- We offer free shipping on orders over $150 and a one time exchange for shoes only. For questions about sizing please refer to our sizing guide on the product page which can be found underneath the description. You can also email us at rebecca@kheloni.com and we are happy to answer any questions you may have.

In order to make an exchange for a different shoe size, it must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of your order.  Shoes must be in new condition, unworn and returned in their original packaging. When trying on shoes, please do so on a carpeted surface to protect the soles from damage.

To complete your exchange, please email us at rebecca@kheloni.com to make your request or you can call 202-549-1904. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. We apologize for this inconvenience but shipping costs have increased significantly and we are a small family owned business. We will however, be happy to pay to ship an exchange to you. When making the return, we recommend that you obtain a tracking number because we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items.

Returns Policy - All sales are final, but you may exchange shoes for a different size should they not fit properly.
